Put your four fingers continuously at A S D F and four fingers of your right hand at ; L K J. First write A S D F G F and after that Press SPACE with your thumb of right hand and after that press ; L K J H J and again press SPACE with your right hand thumb and repeat this practice for 10 minutes continuously.
